Sour and overcast in disposition the eldest of the Vrsac family serves Prince Saoirse's domain as her Keeper of Elysium. Of the Elders he is the most draconian, his thunderous voice always pushing for disturbingly severe and horrific punishments for violations of tradition. (Flaying appears to be a favourite method of correction.) He is a strong advocate of prestation and the function of favours and boons; though frightening his word is his bond. He is a Slavic mystic, studying his family's ancient paths to power and spending his nights practicing sorcerous ways. His keep, the "Moupho", has become a meeting ground for many of those who practice blood magic in the Domain, regardless of Clan it seems. He is luckily a recluse, rarely seen in town outside of the Remai, keeping him out of the way of all kindred but those who attack his House or threaten those to whom he has sworn oaths.
